    Standard UK delivery is FREE on all orders over £50, with orders being sent by DPD the next day if ordered before 3pm. We charge £3.95 for standard UK delivery on orders under £50. You will be provided with a tracking number when the courier collects your order. Standard UK delivery is 2-3 working days.

    If your item is placed on backorder, or there are unexpected delivery problems, we will notify you by email.

    We accept payment via credit/debit card, PayPal and bank transfer. All payments are made through our Payment Service Provider ‘Multisafepay’. This is the name you will see on your statement.

    Due to the nature of the payments credit/debit card and PayPal purchases will be processed immediately. Bank transfers can take a little longer, so the shipping will be processed when the funds are received in our account.

    30 Day Money Back Guarantee
    If you are not satisfied with the products we sent you, they can be returned to us within 30 days. You must (where possible) use the original packaging when returning the products. Damaged or incomplete returns cannot be processed so we will be unable to issue a refund or replacement device.

    If you would like to return a product, you have to send us an email to: sales@homewizard.co.uk first. We will then contact you with more information about the process.

    Broken or damaged items
    You should contact us within 7 days if you receive a product from us which is damaged or does not work. We will then investigate the problem to find an appropriate solution.
